How to Fill : UP Police One Time Registration OTR Online Form 2025

  • Each applicant must register using a unique Email ID and Mobile Number, which cannot be changed during the examination process.

  • Applicants can complete their registration using documents such as Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN, or Passport.

  • Only the details mentioned in the Matriculation/High School certificate will be considered valid for the OTR process.

  • The applicant’s Name, Gender, and Date of Birth entered during registration must exactly match the information on the Matriculation/High School certificate.

  • If Matriculation/High School details cannot be retrieved from DigiLocker, applicants have the option to enter their information manually.
